Level Up Your Game with Youth Volleyball

Beginner / Intermediate • Grades 3–8
Separate Boys & Girls Clinics

New & returning players:
Our experienced coaches will assess each player prior to forming smaller groups accordingly to ensure the level of training meets participants’ needs. Participants will develop fundamental techniques like serving, passing, setting, footwork, hitting, and communication. Through engaging drills, skill challenges, scrimmages and fun games, players will gain a broad understanding of the game, improve their technique, and develop coordination and timing — all while making new friends!

With a mix of skill development, game simulations, scrimmages, and plenty of fun, this clinic will challenge your child to work hard, play smarter, and take their game to the next level!

What to Expect

PlayCV’s Youth Volleyball Clinic is designed to provide a fun, structured, and engaging experience for beginner and intermediate players. Participants will develop skills like serving, passing, setting, footwork, hitting, and communication through drills, challenges, scrimmages, and games.

What to Wear

  • Comfortable, secure athletic clothing
  • T-shirts or tank tops recommended
    NOTE: If wearing long sleeves, choose thin, fitted athletic fabric and avoid hoodies or loose sleeves that may interfere with passing.
  • Lace-up court shoes such as basketball, tennis, volleyball, or cross-training shoes

What to Bring

  • Full water bottle (no sports drinks, please)
  • Knee pads optional

Important Note

Parent/Guardian Presence Required: This is not a drop-off event. A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the duration of each session to supervise their child and support their participation.

Cost: $210 per registration

**Leagues is a separate entity from PlayCV, and CVUSD District Waivers do not apply to Leagues registration fees.

Our coaches are trained PlayCV staff members from the community who prioritize both skill development and life skills. They create a mentor-based environment that fosters growth and support. All coaches are committed to our league's values of respect and integrity.
